About Return & Refund

Return by Mail

We'll gladly accept returns for any copperstix.com products upon receiving your items within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return and 25% restocking Fee will be applied.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.

2. Fill out the Return Form (Please Email Us for the form).

3. Please note that we are unable to pay return shipping fees.



If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number. Please write the return number in the upper right-hand corner of the Return Form, right next to your order number. Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the packing slip. Include this form inside the box.

Return Refunds and Credits

We'll issue you a refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 15 days of the PURCHASE date with 25% restocking Fee. After the 60 days have passed, no return and refund will be accepted. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an check if you are a money order / cashier cheque. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
